My husband Greg and I were very happy with our new appliances that High Country sold us. We ordered a new washer and dryer, and a stove and refrigerator. The access into our cabin was up a narrow steep flight of stairs and the delivery crew were so careful and did a wonderful job setting everything up and removing our old appliances. my microwave went out on me the Thursday of Labor Day weekend!! I called Steve the owner, he said he had a really nice microwave that he could come in and install on Saturday! Which was perfect! Steven and Holly, whom are the owners of High Country appliances and the people that work for them are amazing. Wonderful, awesome people! They go out of their way to help others. High Country is exceptional at customer service. I don't live in the area, and my dryer was damaged by a renter. They were able to remove my old washer dryer unit and replace with a new unit without me needing to be there, and just within a day or so of contacting them. Their guys had everything hooked up and ready to go for the next rental. Thank you so much!!

I had an all around great experience with High Country Appliances!! In the store Jeanie was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the appliances! She took her time explaining the difference between each brand and model which made making my decision easy. They were able to deliver the following day! The delivery team was also five star.
