High Country is exceptional at customer service. I don't live in the area, and my dryer was damaged by a renter. They were able to remove my old washer dryer unit and replace with a new unit without me needing to be there, and just within a day or so of contacting them. Their guys had everything hooked up and ready to go for the next rental. Thank you so much!!

I had an all around great experience with High Country Appliances!! In the store Jeanie was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the appliances! She took her time explaining the difference between each brand and model which made making my decision easy. They were able to deliver the following day! The delivery team was also five star. The guys were also very friendly, knowledgeable, and careful while delivering. I will definitely use them next time for my appliance needs.

We purchased four kitchen appliances for our rental condo in Winter Park. Jeanie Strange was great to work with. She sent multiple quotes for the different brands and colors, so we could choose what worked for us. She was also able to get the installation done in less than a week.
